![]() ![]() ![]() I can't begin to imagine why, and I have no idea what that key does. This is the weirdest part of everythint: If I open the registry on a client, navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Lync\sipaddress, and set the registry key "OAuthUsed" to 1, restart the SfB client, I am greeted with a SSO prompt (our Shibboleth page) and everything magically works. This means no conversation history, calendar integration, etc. Going into configuration information, we see EWS not deployed and all of the URLs are empty. Clicking on that, users see the message "The Exchange server isn't letting us connect.". When users login, they get the exclamation point and can click in the bottom-right to see the "Outlook Integration Error" message. So the issue is pretty much the same as so many other people have - it's just trying to figure out what the actual issue is.
